ESL Ministries

Reaching the nations by loving your neighbor
Prayer Focus
Equipping churches to share the Gospel in both Word and Deed with immigrants, international college students, and refugees who God has sent to our communities.

Our Purpose
English as a Second Language (ESL) Ministry equips churches to reach immigrants, international college students and refugees with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in both word and deed.
Most ESL Ministries start with an ESL School. These are free schools for adult Internationals in your community that are staffed by church volunteers. Volunteers do not need to speak a foreign language or be professional teachers. All they need to do is speak English and love Jesus and we can teach them the rest.
Most ESL Schools use secular life skill curriculum. The Gospel is incorporated into your ESL Classes through prayers and short devotions. Volunteers are encouraged to develop relationships with their students both inside and outside the classroom. ESL Ministry can expand to include more Bible-based options such as an International Sunday School, ESL Bible Study, and so much more!
