What Is Our Vision and Mission?
The vision of MNA Special Needs Ministries is “to see the Body of Christ made whole through evangelizing and authentically integrating people with differing abilities into the life and mission of the PCA.” Our mission is “to engage, educate, equip, and encourage PCA congregations, presbyteries, and agencies on the ‘whys and hows’ of effectively ministering to and alongside individuals and families touched by disability.” Often PCA churches are interested in serving people with special needs in their congregations and community but genuinely do not know how to start. By providing access to resources, training, consultative services to congregations, and facilitating networking between PCA churches—MNA Special Needs Ministries plays a vital role.
Who Are We?
Stephanie Hubach serves as MNA Special Needs Ministries Director. She is working with a group of volunteers to provide leadership for this ministry. Each of the individuals on this team has experienced a personal/familial encounter with disability, and all of them share a common vision for constructive change.

In addition, training events will be announced at various locations throughout the year—so please plan on sending a team from your church!

2) Pray! We value your prayer support! We want to be centered in God’s will as we seek His wisdom on how to develop this ministry. Thank you, in advance, for supporting us in this vital way!
3) Ask and Suggest! We value both your questions and your ideas. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at shubach@pcanet.org. Your questions help us to know what needs are remaining unaddressed, and your suggestions help us to grow too. Disability covers a huge spectrum, so we appreciate your grace and patience as you help us to grow through your constructive feedback.
4) Give! Financial gifts are also necessary in order to fund the position of Director for Steph Hubach. If you or your congregation are eager to see the Church embrace individuals and families touched by disability—and are able to make either a one-time gift or provide regular support—your contribution of any size will be greatly appreciated!
Here is one example of how $30,000 in support could be provided by individuals or PCA congregations:
Two donors at $5000.00 per year………………..$10,000.00
Four donors at $2,500.00 per year…………….....$10,000.00
Six donors at $1000.00 per year…………………..$6,000.00
Eight donors at $500.00 per year………………….$4,000.00
