Along with Church Planting and Missional Partnerships, Church Renewal is a core commitment of MNA. Two PCA churches with stories of gospel renewal – through engaging with neighbors in their diverse communities – are Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church in Flintstone GA, led by Pastor Dan Gilchrist; and Grace Church PCA in Dover DE, led by Pastor Jonathan Seda and Associate Pastor Kenny Foster. The speakers in this brief video know firsthand the beauty and challenge of bringing different people together as one body, worshiping and serving the Lord.
For the last couple of years the number of deployed PRCC (Presbyterian and Reformed Commission on Chaplains and Military Personnel) Chaplains stayed around seven at any time, a dramatic reduction over previous years. However, as military actions around the world have increased, so have deployments for our Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Marines……. and their Chaplains. The PRCC currently has 22 Chaplains either deployed or within three months of deploying. If you would like to receive ministry reports and prayer requests from our Chaplains three times per year please click here to subscribe to the Guardian. It’s free! Thank you so very much for praying for our Chaplains, their families, their ministries, and for those they serve.
MNA Online is a monthly e-newsletter with announcements and news from our ministries, as well as notices of upcoming events and updates on PCA church planters. You can read the latest issue here, where you will also find links to subscribe.
Is your church doing disability ministry? If you have even one family member in your church who is touched by disability, the answer is “YES!” Engaging Disability With The Gospel exists to come alongside churches and families touched by disability with encouragement and supports. To help us better connect and enfold families into the 1,875+ PCA churches, we want to know which congregations are engaging in disability ministry now. Please take a moment to register your church. Even if you think we already know about your church, please help us by submitting this form. Anyone can send in the form: officers, staff, church members, volunteers, etc. Receiving multiple forms from a church gives us a clearer picture of all that a church is offering.
