I have been blessed to know the Lord my entire life, growing up surrounded by Godly parents and the truths of His Word and the love of His people. I am a Ruling Elder at All Saints OPC in Suffolk Virginia, where I am blessed to serve His flock.
In 2021, I was introduced to Metanoia and learned from Lowell Ivey about the spiritual darkness and neglect so prevalent in the prison system. His testimony deeply moved me, and God stirred within me a strong desire to serve in this vital ministry. Metanoia embodies the call of Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives.” It is my prayer to bring the light of Christ into places often forgotten by the world, trusting in His power to transform lives.
In 2025, I pray to see more prisoners encounter the gospel, more volunteers equipped
to minister effectively, and hearts both inside and outside of prison walls renewed by grace. Outside of ministry, I cherish time with my spouse and 5 children. I enjoy hiking, reading, writing and deepening my understanding of God’s Word. It is a joy and privilege to serve with Metanoia, pointing others to the hope and freedom found in Christ alone.
