Chaplain applications
There are three application tracks for Chaplain Endorsement:
Military
Military – CH Candidate Program (Not yet ordained)
Civilian (i.e. Healthcare, Corrections, Corporate, etc.)
Steps to Apply:
Review the corresponding Checklist and complete Application
Complete the Personal Interview Form (same form for all tracks)
Send the Reference Forms per the Checklist Instructions
