UPDATE: MS TORNADO RESPONSE
The purpose of the coaching services ministry is to raise the standard of coaching and the engagement with coaching in the PCA.
Coaching is a powerful tool to help leaders develop personally and professionally. The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Ministry leaders share common struggles:
An experienced coach can provide a confidential and safe space for you to be heard, reflect, and gain clarity on what matters most for your progress and joy in the faith. In today’s complex and ever changing world the need for professional coaching has never been greater.
You have been in ministry for a while and have gained valuable wisdom and experience. Now you want to pass it on to the next generation. MNA’s coach training is designed to help you learn how to do that by becoming a skilled and effective coach. The training is built on Biblical and theological principles, the core competencies and ethical standards of professional coaching, and an adult education model. It is taught by a seasoned pastor and professional certified coach.
