A strong, deadly storm system marched through many states over the past few days leaving much death and destruction in its wake. At least 32 lives have been lost and several are missing. The damages began with a wildfire in OK that caused a total loss of a PCA deacon’s home and impacted many other congregants in Stillwater. A fire in Atmore AL caused major damages to their church plant. Assessments are ongoing with reports of additional damages expected.

Please pray for those who have lost loved ones, those who have lost much materially, and those who have now been displaced. Please pray for the staff of MNA Disaster Response and our volunteers as we work with our local PCA leadership in assessing needs and determining how best to respond.
